ARRIVAL & DEPARTUR
Your apartment is usually ready at noon.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10.00 am.
RESERVATIONS
We ask you to make reservations in writing. Your reservation is binding upon receipt of a deposit of about 1/3 of the rental price.

PAYMENT
The prices are per person and night (from 3 nights). The price includes bed linen, kitchen linen, towels and bath towels as well as electricity, heating, hot water and final cleaning. For a stay of less than 4 days we charge a supplement of 20 Euro per person / day. Added to this is the fixed price per person / day of 1.40 euros.
The following means of payment are allowed: cash, non-transferable check, bank transfer.
Payments with credit card, debit card or bancomat are not possible.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If canceled up to 61 days before date of arrival, no penalty will be charged. Cancellations made within 60 to 31 days prior to arrival will be charged 40% and within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged 80% and 14 days prior to arrival 100% of the agreed apartment price.
Please understand that we must charge the full apartment rate in case of late arrival or early departure, as well as for unoccupied beds.
